SMOKED MACERAL PATE

We all know that oily fish is good for us. Mackeral is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D, which most of us are deficient in during the winter months. This is a really lovely dish that pimps up mackerel a bit and makes it less boring.


Ingredients

  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets (skin removed)

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 4 tbs milk

  • 2 tsp mayonaise

  • Salt and pepper


Method

  • Blend and serve!! :)
