This is my go to dinner if Im ever stuck for time. I serve it with rice mixed with butter and salt and pepper for my son and husband. And for me rice with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Salmon contains a high amount of omega 3 fats which promote heart health and some people, including myself, believe it helps with ADHD in kids. Make sure the skin is removed from your fillet, then pepper it and wrap in proscutio.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cook in oven for 10-15 mins on 180 degrees C
